Advice for Donors
- Donors are advised to have 7-8 hours of continuous sleep and a healthy meal before donating blood.
- It is also recommended to stay well-hydrated by drinking plenty of water in the days leading up to the donation.
- Individuals who have taken antibiotics within the past 14 days are not eligible to donate.
Eligibility Criteria
- Age Limit: 17 to 60 years
- Eat Healthy food before donation
- At least 6 to 8 hours sleep
- Body weight 52 kg and above
- Mini Medical Check up before donation
- Physical Condition (Pulse, Temper)
- Hemoglobin Criteria (Minimum limit): 12.5 mgs for females &13.0 mgs, for males
