About the Speaker:
Mr. Humayun Qureshi, CISA – Director DATALOG, IOT & Management Consultant, Trainer
Mr. Humayun Qureshi is a veteran practitioner of the IT industry of Pakistan who started working on punch card machines way back in 1969 and is now making hi-tech edge Sensor Based IOT Solutions – the new paradigm shift and growth area for Pakistan.
He is a Graduate of the First Electronics Engineering batch of Pakistan in 1968, and holds ISACA’s Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) certification.
His IT career spans 50+ years, of which 31 years were at IBM in various technical and management positions, and showcases many achievements. He founded DATALOG in 2015, the first sensor based cloud solutions company of Pakistan, and introduced an Award Winning Pakistani product, the Data Logger 2016 – Any sensor, Anywhere, Anytime – offering new solutions for Energy management, Environment management Water management. He won HEC Research Grant as Industrial Partner of PAF KIET – 2019 for developing low cost Air Quality Monitoring system, and is also Director of First Paramount Modaraba. In addition to being a Visiting Faculty at a number of institutions, he is also a Member of Ponder Alliance – a volunteer group for Industry Academia collaboration.
