ISACA Karachi Chapter has recently signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Women in Cyber Security (WiCyS) Pakistan Affiliate. MoU signing ceremony took place at ISACA Karachi’s President’s, Mr. Hussein Hassanali, office where WiCyS was represented by Ms. Zainab Hameed (President, WiCyS Pakistan Affiliate, EdTech Founder, Liaison ISACA SheLeadsTech). Mr. Sharique Siddiqui, Ms Seema Haseeb and Ms Farida Damani were also present on the occasion.
Mr. Hussein Hassanali has termed this a momentous opportunity to promote the women in Cyber Security. He added that ISACA is already promoting women in Cyber Security through its SheLeadsTech initiative that encourages women to take leadership position in technology.
WiCys Pakistan Affiliate’s President Ms. Zainab Hameed has said that they are very excited to signed MoU with ISACA Karachi as this collaboration will help them to promote women in Cyber Security by creating more learning and networking opportunities. Ms. Hameed is also serving as Director at ISACA Karachi and Liaison for ISACA’s SheLeadsTech program.
